Sealants, Gaskets
Sealants and gaskets are a class of materials that create impermeable barriers against water, air, and dust. They are critically important for ensuring long-term waterproofing of roofs, facades, foundations, and for sealing joints and connections in engineering systems.
The correct choice of material guarantees the protection of structures from leaks, corrosion, and heat loss. Our assortment includes three main groups of materials to solve any sealing task.
Types of Materials and Their Application
The choice of material depends on the task: sealants are used for elastic, moving joints; mastics for seamless waterproofing of areas; and tapes for quick repairs and sealing of joints.
Comparison: types and applications of sealing materials

Principles of Choice: Elasticity vs. Waterproofing
Although all these materials are used for sealing, their working mechanics differ fundamentally.
- Sealants (Silicone, Polyurethane): Their main task is to maintain elasticity and compensate for deformation in the joint. Polyurethane (PU) has high mechanical strength and is ideal for structural joints, while silicone offers better heat and UV resistance.
- Bituminous Materials (Mastics and Tapes): Their task is 100% waterproofing. Mastics create a durable, seamless coating for large areas (roofs, foundations). Tapes provide instant, reliable sealing of complex joints and flashings and are used for quick repairs.
We use these materials in our own construction and manufacturing projects, so we only offer solutions that have proven their reliability and durability in practice.
