Ventilation Mounting Materials
Mounting materials are the "skeleton" of any ventilation system. While clamps hold round ducts and sealants secure the joints, mounting profiles, brackets, and tapes are used to create support structures, hangers, and to ensure the airtightness of insulation layers.
The quality of these elements determines how reliably and straight the duct run will be, how effectively it will resist vibration, and how long the entire assembled system will last. We offer only materials that we use daily in our own production for assembling HVAC systems.
We will offer and assemble all the necessary materials for your ventilation system installation.

Types of Materials and Their Application
Each element performs its specific function, from carrying weight loads to final sealing.
Comparison: types and applications of mounting materials
| Material Type |
Material |
Key Function |
Application |
| Mounting Profile (Strut) |
Galvanized Steel |
Support Structure |
Creating frames and support tracks for heavy rectangular ducts, ventilation equipment, and clamps. |
| Brackets and Angles (L, Z) |
Galvanized Steel |
Fastening to Surfaces |
Secure fastening of profiles and struts to walls, ceilings, and floors. Assembly of complex mounting nodes. |
| Perforated Band |
Galvanized Steel |
Universal Hanger |
Quick and economical hanging of light round ducts, strapping and fixing insulation or other elements. |
| Aluminum Tape |
Aluminum Foil, Adhesive |
Sealing, Vapour Barrier |
Sealing joints of foil-faced technical insulation (basalt wool), creating a continuous vapour barrier. |
| Duct / PVC Tape |
Fabric base / PVC |
Mechanical Fixation |
Strapping, fixing insulation, temporary repairs, general sealing of non-critical joints. |
A Comprehensive Approach to Installation
The reliability of a ventilation system is achieved only when all elements work together. Mounting materials are the connecting link between all HVAC components.
- Load-Bearing Capacity: When selecting profiles and brackets, the total weight of the duct, insulation, and fasteners must always be considered. Using certified galvanized profiles guarantees the stated load-bearing capacity and protection against corrosion.
- System Airtightness: Achieving high airtightness classes (C and D) is impossible without proper sealing. While sealants (from the "Sealants" section) are used for flanges, aluminum tapes are critical for ensuring the integrity of the vapour barrier on technical insulation.
- Compatibility: All elements (profiles, brackets, fasteners from the "Fasteners" section) must be made of galvanically compatible materials, usually galvanized steel, to avoid corrosion at the fastening points.
