Ventilation Clamps (Pipe Hangers)
A ventilation clamp is a key structural component designed for the reliable fastening of round ducts to load-bearing structures (walls, ceilings). Its main task is to ensure high safety, joint strength, and the structural integrity of the entire ventilation line.
We offer professional galvanized steel clamps that combine reliability, high quality, and ease of installation. They are used for mounting pipework in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
Application and Assortment
The clamps are designed for fastening standard round ducts (according to EN 1506). They provide a strong fixation and prevent sagging and deformation of the duct line during operation.
We offer clamps for the most common duct diameters:

Technical Requirements and Installation
To ensure the reliability of the ventilation system, the installation of hangers must comply with European standards, in particular EN 12236 (Hangers and supports for ducts - Strength requirements).
- Material: The clamps are made of galvanized steel, providing the necessary strength and anti-corrosion protection for standard (non-aggressive) indoor environments.
- Fastening Point: The clamps are equipped with a threaded connection (M8) for quick and reliable attachment to ceiling hanger rods or wall brackets.
- Hanger Spacing: According to building codes and standard EN 12236, the maximum distance (spacing) between support points (clamps) must not exceed 4 meters. This prevents duct sagging and ensures the long-term structural integrity of the system.
