Fasteners: Rivets
Fasteners — are a fundamental component responsible for the mechanical strength, integrity, and durability of any structure. In HVAC systems, or during facade or roof installation, the quality and correct selection of fasteners determine how long the joint will resist vibrations, loads, and, most importantly, corrosion.
In this category, we offer specialized solutions for professional installation, where rivets play a key role. They provide a fast, reliable, and vibration-resistant permanent joint, ideal for thin sheet metal.
Types of Rivets and Their Application
The choice of rivet is dictated by the material of the parts being joined, operating conditions (humidity, aggressive environment), and aesthetic requirements.

For painted rivets, matching is available via the full RAL and RR color catalog.
Technical Aspects: Galvanic Corrosion and Correct Choice
The main risk when working with fasteners is galvanic corrosion. This electrochemical destruction process occurs when two dissimilar metals (with different electrochemical potentials) come into contact in a humid environment. The more active metal begins to corrode intensively, 'protecting' the less active one.
Key Installation Principles:
- Stainless steel (A2/A4) should be fastened only with stainless steel fasteners (A2/A4). Using an aluminum rivet on stainless steel will lead to rapid corrosion of the rivet itself.
- Painted rivets (Al/St) are excellent for fastening galvanized or painted sheets. The polymer coating not only provides aesthetics but also serves as an additional dielectric barrier, protecting the fastening point.
We actively use all the presented fasteners in our own production when assembling ventilation systems and manufacturing metal structures. We offer only those solutions that have proven their reliability in practice.
