Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication and Metal Parts
SIA Akvilon manufactures not only serial products but also offers the fabrication of non-standard sheet metal parts. We fulfill orders based on individual drawings and sketches — from single items to complex structures.
We process galvanized and stainless steel, as well as aluminum. Additionally, parts can be manufactured using metal with polymer coatings (PE, PUR).
We manufacture components for ventilation systems, chimneys, rainwater drainage, as well as non-standard profiles, parapets, window sills, and other structural elements according to the client's individual sketches.
Technological Process and Equipment
Production is carried out using our own fleet of high-precision equipment, allowing us to control part geometry and lead times. Our technological capabilities include:
- Laser cutting (1.5 kW): ensures precise cutting of carbon and stainless steel parts up to 5 mm thick (for aluminum — up to 3 mm).
- Plasma cutting: used for metal processing up to 4 mm thick.
- Mechanical cutting: guillotine cutting and coil slitting.
- Forming: sheet metal bending on CNC press brakes and rolling to create cylindrical shapes.
- Automated welding: robotic TIG seam welding to create strong and hermetic joints.

A professional engineering drawing is not strictly required to start production. The workflow consists of the following steps:
- Request: You send a drawing, a hand-drawn sketch with dimensions, or a photo of the object.
- Consultation: Our technical specialists help you choose the optimal metal type and thickness for your project.
- Calculation: We perform a project calculation and agree on the estimate and deadlines with you.
- Production: We launch the approved part into production on our equipment.
