We manufacture a variety of metal profiles, specializing in the production of Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF). Using high-precision cutting and bending equipment allows us to produce both standard and custom structural profiles.
Our production is focused on elements with the following key parameters:
Maximum metal thickness: up to 4 mm
Maximum profile length: up to 3000 mm
We produce two main product categories:
Structural (load-bearing) profiles: Elements designed to bear calculated loads (frames, trusses, purlins). They are subject to mandatory control and certification according to EN 1090.
Non-structural profiles: Architectural, cladding, and auxiliary elements.
Standard and Custom Profiles
We produce a wide range of standard profiles most in-demand in construction, and we also manufacture complex custom elements based on your drawings.
C-profiles (C-shaped): Profiles in the shape of the letter "C", often used as stud elements in LGSF frames.
U-profiles (U-shaped, channels): Versatile profiles in the shape of the letter "U".
Z-profiles (Z-shaped): Profiles in the shape of the letter "Z", used for roof purlins as their shape allows them to be lapped.
Hat-profiles (H-profiles): Profiles whose cross-section resembles a "hat". Used for battens and facade subsystems.
Custom bent profiles: Any elements based on your drawings (within our technical limitations of up to 4 mm / 3000 mm).
Materials and Manufacturing Accuracy
The quality and load-bearing capacity of a cold-formed profile directly depend on two factors: the raw material used and the bending accuracy. For thin-walled elements (up to 4 mm), geometrical tolerances (according to ISO 2768) are critical to prevent buckling.

Description
Structural Steel
S275, S355
Standard for most structural applications.
High-Strength Steel
S700 (and others)
Allows for reduced weight and section thickness while maintaining load capacity.
Galvanized Steel
Z275 g/m² (and others)
Raw material with a hot-dip galvanized coating for corrosion protection.
Stainless Steel
AISI 304, 316, 430
For use in particularly aggressive environments (industrial, marine).

EN 1090 Compliance (CE Marking)
Structural metal profiles intended for building constructions are subject to mandatory certification according to the EN 1090-1 standard and require CE marking. We ensure full Factory Production Control (FPC) and provide all necessary documentation, including the Declaration of Performance (DoP).

Calculation and Fabrication
Prices for metal profiles are provided upon request, as they depend on the steel type, thickness, and complexity of the bend. Send us your drawings or specifications for an accurate cost estimate. We are also ready to assist with calculating the load-bearing capacity (ITC) of elements.
