Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication

SIA Akvilon manufactures custom products of all types, as well as standard products from galvanized sheet metal, polymer-coated (painted) sheet metal, stainless steel, aluminum, and other sheet materials.

We handle high-volume production and large orders.

We are a manufacturing company specializing in both serial production and complex individual orders. Our work is based on strict Factory Production Control (FPC), which ensures precise compliance of products with your drawings and technical requirements.

Product Range

Our products cover the following main production areas. The links lead to standard components, which we can also manufacture to your individual specifications:

• Roof flashings, including sheet metal bending, roof hatches, and safety barriers
• Stainless and black steel chimneys, chimney flashing kits, and chimney cowls (caps, flue toppers)

In addition, we specialize in manufacturing unique custom products. This includes creating new components from scratch based on your drawings, as well as repair and replacement of worn parts: we will manufacture an exact 1:1 copy of the element (elbow, transition, duct section) to your specifications, minimizing your equipment downtime.

We produce: metal frames, enclosures, collectors, radius-shaped parts, inserts for waste bins, cable ladders and trays, outdoor ashtrays, metal signs, animal enclosures, trays, and much more.

Materials and Production Control

The quality and durability of a sheet metal product depend directly on two factors: the raw material and the precision of the manufacturing process. We use only certified metals from trusted European suppliers.

For products with polymer coatings (PE, Pural), a wide range of shades is available from the full color catalog.

Technology and Equipment

The quality of our products is based on a modern range of metalworking equipment, allowing us to perform tasks with high precision and complexity. Key technologies of our production:

High-Precision Metal Cutting

• Laser cutting (1.5 kW) for perfect geometry of parts up to 5 mm thick.
• Plasma cutting for efficient processing of metal up to 4 mm thick.
• Shearing on a guillotine and slitting of metal from coils.

Processing and Forming

• Bending of sheet metal on high-precision press brakes.
• Rolling to give parts a cylindrical shape.

Automated Welding

• Robotic TIG seam welding to create perfectly sealed and strong joints.

• Geometric Accuracy
  We ensure high bending accuracy by adhering to strict manufacturing tolerances. This is critical, for example, for roofing elements, where the correct bend angle forms an anti-capillary barrier and ensures a watertight joint.
• Reliability and Durability
  The durability of painted sheet metal depends on paint adhesion. Our technological process includes mandatory proper surface preparation before processing, which prevents peeling and guarantees corrosion resistance.
