Single Wall Flue Liners RENOFAST – for Lining Brick & Ceramic Chimneys

The process of installing a RENOFAST single wall flue liner into a brick chimney shaft.

The RENOFAST single wall flue liner system is used to protect and extend the service life of chimney shafts through relining—the installation of a durable stainless steel liner. A liner is installed both in existing brick chimneys for restoration and in brand-new shafts made of brick or ceramic blocks for initial protection against aggressive condensate and acids.

Installing an Akvilon flue liner improves draught, ensures the system is airtight, and is a mandatory requirement when connecting modern, high-efficiency gas and solid fuel boilers.

Key Advantages of the RENOFAST Relining System:

  • Reliable Masonry Protection: The acid-resistant stainless steel liner absorbs the full impact of condensate and combustion products, completely protecting the brickwork from further deterioration.
  • Stable & Strong Draught: The perfectly smooth inner surface of the round or oval pipe ensures unobstructed flue gas flow and reduces soot deposits.
  • Versatility & Compatibility: The system is suitable for all types of heating appliances (gas, diesel, wood, pellets) and is certified to temperature class T600 (operating temperature up to 600°C).
  • Safety & Durability: We use only certified AISI 304L/316L steel with a wall thickness of 0.6 mm or more. Robotic TIG welding guarantees completely sealed seams, and all products comply with the EU standard EN 1856-2.

We provide fast delivery from our warehouse in Riga: 1-3 working days within Latvia and 5-10 days to other EU countries. Our team is ready to perform a professional turnkey installation or supply all necessary components for self-installation.

Twin Wall Flue Systems IZOKOMPAKT – Three-Layer Insulated Chimneys

Installed IZOKOMPAKT twin wall insulated chimney made of stainless steel.

The IZOKOMPAKT twin wall flue is a modern three-layer system consisting of an inner stainless steel pipe, a non-combustible insulation layer, and a protective outer casing. This design ensures maximum fire safety, stable appliance performance, and a long service life for the entire system. It is the ideal solution for a new chimney installation, both inside and outside the building.

These systems are also commonly known as double-wall or insulated chimneys.

Why choose the IZOKOMPAKT Twin Wall Flue System:

  • Maximum Fire Safety: The 50 mm thick layer of non-combustible basalt wool significantly reduces the temperature of the outer surface, allowing the chimney to pass safely through wooden floors and walls.
  • Efficient Appliance Performance: The insulation maintains a high temperature of flue gases along the entire channel, which guarantees a stable draught and the maximum efficiency (COP) of your boiler, stove, or fireplace.
  • Minimal Condensate and Soot: The inner pipe heats up quickly, passing the "dew point". This drastically reduces the formation of aggressive condensate and soot deposits, extending the chimney's service life.
  • Aesthetic Appearance: We offer several options for the outer casing: classic stainless steel, practical galvanized steel, or an elegant powder-coated finish in any color from the RAL catalog.

The inner pipe is made of heat- and acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 304L/316L) and is certified to temperature class T600 (operating temperature up to 600°C) in accordance with the EN 1856-1 standard. The IZOKOMPAKT system is perfectly suited for saunas, fireplaces, solid fuel boilers, and any other heating appliances.

Premium Twin Wall Flue NordicPipe – Powder-Coated System

NordicPipe chimneys with a matte black powder-coated finish.

NordicPipe is a series of twin wall insulated chimneys designed for projects with superior requirements for aesthetics and quality of craftsmanship. The key distinctions of this system are its outer casing with a longitudinal welded seam, finished with a durable powder coating, and the option of using thicker steel for the inner flue.

Constructional Characteristics:

  • Outer Casing: Fabricated from steel with a TIG-welded seam and finished with a matte black powder coating. Unlike liquid enamel, powder coating creates a more durable and uniform layer that is resistant to scratches and high temperatures.
  • Inner Pipe: The inner flue uses stainless steel AISI 304L or acid-resistant AISI 316L, with the option to increase the wall thickness to 0.8 mm or 1.0 mm, providing an additional margin of durability.
  • Insulation: A 50 mm thick layer of high-density (100 kg/m³) non-combustible basalt wool is placed between the walls, ensuring the system's fire safety.
  • Connection: Components are assembled using a precise socket and spigot connection, which guarantees an airtight seal and high-speed assembly.

The NordicPipe system is certified according to the European standard EN 1856-1 and corresponds to the T600 temperature class (operating temperature up to 600°C). It is recommended for fireplaces, stoves, and boilers in residential and commercial interiors where the chimney is a visible part of the design.

Black Steel Flue Pipes – Connecting Stoves, Fireplaces & Boilers

Connecting a fireplace insert using Akvilon black steel pipes.

Black steel flue pipes are a classic and highly durable solution for connecting wood-burning stoves, sauna stoves, fireplaces, and solid fuel boilers to the main chimney stack (either a twin wall system or a brick flue). These components are installed indoors and serve as the first, most heat-intensive section of the flue system.

Key Features & Advantages:

  • High Heat Radiation: Unlike insulated chimneys, the thick walls of black steel pipes radiate heat intensively into the room, acting as an additional radiator and increasing the overall efficiency of the heating appliance.
  • Maximum Durability: The 2 mm wall thickness and TIG-welded seam provide the highest resistance to deformation and burnout, even under intensive use and high temperatures.
  • High-Quality Coating: All elements are coated with original heat-resistant Senotherm® paint, which cures during the first firing without emitting smoke or odors and reliably protects the metal from corrosion.
  • Aesthetics & Authenticity: The solid black pipes create an authentic and harmonious look in combination with cast iron and steel stoves, fitting perfectly into loft, country, or chalet-style interiors.

All components are certified to the EN 1856-2 standard and T600 temperature class, ensuring their safe use with wood-burning appliances. We maintain a wide range of diameters and fittings (elbows, tees) in our Riga warehouse to assemble a connection of any complexity.

SPNP Flue Pipes – Airtight Connection for Pellet Stoves

Example of an SPNP flue connection to a pellet boiler.

The key difference between modern pellet stoves and classic wood-burning stoves is the principle of flue gas extraction. Instead of a natural draught, pellet appliances use a fan to create a forced draught. This results in constant positive pressure inside the chimney, which requires the connecting pipes to be absolutely airtight.

The SPNP system was specifically designed for safe operation under these conditions. It is certified to the European pressure class P1, which confirms that all system components are gas-tight and intended for use with appliances equipped with a fan.

Constructional Features of the SPNP System:

  • Guaranteed Airtightness: Each component is fitted with a special heat-resistant silicone gasket. This ensures a perfectly sealed connection, which is critical for systems operating under positive pressure.
  • Optimized Material: The pipes are made of 1.2 mm thick DC01 carbon steel. This material is ideal for the lower flue gas temperatures of pellet boilers (T200 class), providing durability and strength.
  • Heat-Resistant Coating: The elements are coated with high-quality Senotherm® paint, which provides an aesthetic finish and protects against corrosion.
  • Simple Assembly: The socket and spigot connection system makes installation fast, convenient, and does not require special tools.

The product fully complies with the requirements of the European standard EN 1856-2. Using the SPNP system is a mandatory condition for the safe and correct operation of your modern pellet appliance.
