Segmented Ventilation Saddle
Product Description
A segmented ventilation saddle (take-off) is a universal element used for fabricating T-pieces and creating branches in existing ventilation systems. It allows connecting a round duct (spiral or flexible) to a main duct of any diameter.
Thanks to in-house production, we are not limited by standard molds and can manufacture a take-off of absolutely any size to meet the specific requirements of your project.

- Universal: Allows creating a tee from any straight pipe directly on-site or in the workshop.
- Cost-effective: The design with a short mounting flange (~5-10 mm) ensures minimal material consumption, making the product very affordable.
- Any Size: The product is manufactured by cutting metal, so any combination of main and branch diameters is possible.
- Airtightness Options: Manufacturing is possible both with an EPDM rubber gasket and without it.

Material and Thickness:
- Material: Galvanized steel DX51+Z275. Stainless steel and powder coating (according to RAL or RR catalogs) are available on request.
- Thickness: From 0.5 to 0.9 mm (depending on diameter).
- Certification: The products comply with CE, EN 1505:2000 and EN 1506:2007 standards.
Application and Installation Tips
- Preparation: A hole is cut in the main duct using a template.
- Installation: Due to the short flange, installation requires care. The saddle is pressed tightly against the pipe.
- Fastening: It is recommended to secure the joint using self-tapping screws or rivets.
- Sealing: The joint must be thoroughly sealed with silicone or reinforced aluminum tape to prevent air leaks.
