PK Double-Row Distribution Manifold with 14 Outlets and Plastic Connectors

The PK series double-row distribution manifold with 14 outlets is a high-performance hub for large-scale ventilation systems. The double-row layout ensures the compact connection of fourteen 75mm flexible ducts on a single panel, which significantly saves space when routing main lines.

The unit housing is constructed from durable galvanized steel, resistant to mechanical loads and corrosion. The main technological feature is the use of high-impact plastic connectors. This solution not only lightens the structure but also significantly accelerates the installation process, minimizing the risk of damaging the ducts during jointing.

To prevent condensation and reduce aerodynamic noise, an insulated modification (index I) is available. The inner surface of these manifolds is covered with a layer of synthetic rubber. This material fully complies with hygienic standards, does not release dust microparticles, and prevents bacterial growth.

Design Features:

• Flow Splitters: Special guide vanes are integrated inside the steel housing. They split the incoming air stream, guaranteeing uniform pressure distribution between the upper and lower rows of connectors.
• Airtight Connections: The polymer connectors are equipped with a built-in end seal, ensuring a high class of joint airtightness without the need for sealants or adhesive tapes.
• Mechanical Fixation: The design of the plastic elements includes special latches that rigidly secure the flexible duct, preventing its accidental disconnection under pressure or during concrete work.
