The PK series double-row distribution manifold with 10 outlets is designed for efficient air distribution in extensive mechanical ventilation systems. The double-row configuration allows for the compact arrangement of ten 75mm connectors, significantly reducing the footprint of the distribution hub, which is especially important for installation in confined technical rooms or behind false ceilings.

The manifold housing is made of galvanized steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The use of innovative high-impact plastic connectors reduces the unit weight and guarantees perfect mating with flexible ducts. This design simplifies installation and increases the overall reliability of the ventilation network.

To prevent condensation and ensure acoustic comfort, an insulated version (index I) is available. The internal insulation layer is made of synthetic rubber. This hygienic material does not degrade over time and effectively prevents bacterial growth inside the system, maintaining high supply air quality.

Design Features:

• Flow Splitters: Integrated guide vanes are built into the steel housing. They equalize aerodynamic resistance and balance the airflow, ensuring uniform distribution among all ten outlets of both rows.
• Plastic Connectors: Each connector is equipped with an integrated end seal, achieving a high airtightness class without the need for additional sealants or sealing tapes.
• Mechanical Fixation: A system of latches on the polymer connectors securely locks the flexible duct in place. This eliminates the risk of it slipping out under air pressure or during general construction work (e.g., during concrete pouring).
• Compact Double-Row Layout: Positioning the outlets in two tiers (5 per row) enables large-scale distribution within a minimal area on a wall or ceiling.
