In cases where standard solutions do not fit in terms of size, color, or design, SIA Akvilon offers the manufacture of ventilation grilles upon individual order. Using our own fleet of modern equipment, we produce items of any geometric complexity for facades and interiors.
A special place in our production is occupied by laser metal cutting. This technology allows performing through figured perforation, creating any ornaments or logos. Thus, a technical ventilation element turns into a stylish art object, while maintaining its throughput capacity.
Production Capabilities
- Any sizes: We are not limited by standard increments. We manufacture grilles from miniature (100x100 mm) to industrial scales (2000x2000 mm) as a single piece structure.
- Design and perforation: You can provide your sketch (drawing) or choose the type of perforation for decorative panels.
- Wide choice of materials: We work with galvanized steel, aluminum, and various grades of stainless steel (including acid-resistant).
- Coatings: Various types of polymer coatings (PE, PUR, PUR-MATT) or powder painting are available.

To integrate the grille into the design project, we offer powder painting in any shade according to the RAL palette or RR catalog.
