A ventilation flexible connector (vibration damper) is an element installed between two sections of a duct, typically between a fan (or air handling unit) and the main ventilation run.
Its main task is to prevent the transmission of vibration from operating equipment to rigid ducts. This significantly reduces structural low-frequency noise and protects duct connections from loosening and damage.
Key Features and Options
Vibration and Noise Isolation: Effectively dampens vibrations and reduces noise transmission through ventilation channels.
Airtight Construction: Consists of two metal spigots connected by a durable and airtight polymer fabric (PVC).
Connection Type: Standard "male" ("-") design, for insertion inside ducts.

Material and Thickness (for all types):
Material: Galvanized steel DX51+Z275. Stainless steel (AISI304) is available on request.
Thickness: From 0.5 to 1.2 mm depending on the diameter.
Certification: The products comply with CE, EN 1505:2000 and EN 1506:2007 standards.
Application and Installation Tips
Installation: The connector is installed in line with the ductwork. Both "male" spigots are inserted inside the ducts.
Fastening: The connection must be securely fixed with ventilation clamps or self-tapping screws.
Sealing: Joints must be sealed with aluminum tape to ensure airtightness class "C".
Availability and Ordering
Availability: All flexible connectors shown in the table are supplied on a custom-order basis.
Custom Order: It is possible to order non-standard elements at the customer's request (including materials specified in the characteristics).
