Round Ventilation Bend 15° with Rubber Gasket
Product Description
The round 15° bend is designed for the smoothest adjustment of the ventilation route direction. The minimal turning angle ensures virtually zero aerodynamic resistance and guarantees noise-free operation in the duct.
To ensure the best performance, we use two different manufacturing technologies:
For small diameters (from 100 to 200 mm), pressed (seamless) bends are used. Thanks to the absence of seams, they feature a perfectly smooth inner surface.
Starting from a diameter of 250 mm, bends are manufactured using segmented technology. They are assembled from separate segments using a seam lock. All bends are equipped with a rubber gasket (EPDM) for air tightness class "D".
Key Features
- SAFE System: The products feature specially treated, rounded edges (rolled). This gives the part extra rigidity and makes installation safe for hands.
- Pressed (diameters from 100 to 200 mm): Manufactured by deep drawing. Characterized by perfect geometry.
- Segmented (diameters from 250 mm): Manufactured by assembling segments. The construction is reinforced with seam locks.
- Minimal Resistance: The 15° angle creates the lowest airflow resistance among all bend types.
- Air Tightness Class D: The factory-installed EPDM gasket guarantees a tight connection without the use of sealant.

Application and Installation
- Connection: The bend is inserted directly into straight ducts. To connect two bends together, use a female coupling.
- Fixation: It is recommended to use self-tapping screws or rivets, followed by sealing with aluminium tape.
Custom Manufacturing of Segmented Bends
The main advantage of segmented technology is manufacturing flexibility. In our workshop, we can produce bends for any project requirement:
- Non-standard Angles: In addition to standard 15°, 30°, 45°, 90°, we can manufacture bends with any intermediate turning angle.
- Modified Radius (R): The standard bend has a radius of R = D. Upon request, we manufacture bends with an increased radius (R = 1.5D or R = 2D).
- Materials: Manufacturing from stainless steel (AISI 304/316) or aluminium.
- Without Gasket: Segmented bends can be manufactured without a rubber gasket.
