Asymmetric Distribution Manifold with 6 Outlets and Plastic Connectors

The PK series asymmetric distribution manifold is designed to optimize duct routing in mechanical ventilation systems. The unit's configuration is adapted for installation in confined spaces, such as narrow corridors or technical niches, where side-entry main ducting or flush mounting against structural elements is required.

The manifold housing is constructed from galvanized steel, providing essential structural rigidity and corrosion protection. Unlike standard symmetrical solutions, this model offers enhanced design flexibility due to its offset main inlet. To minimize heat loss and eliminate the risk of condensation, an insulated modification (index I) is available, featuring an internal layer of synthetic rubber insulation.

Design Features:

• Installation Adaptability: The main duct connection is located on the side panel with a significant offset from the center. This asymmetry allows for either left-hand or right-hand orientation of the main line simply by rotating the housing 180 degrees.
• Plastic Connectors: Equipped with an integrated end seal that achieves the rated airtightness class without the need for additional sealing materials or tapes.
• Mechanical Fixation: The polymer connectors feature integrated locking latches that securely hold the duct in place, preventing displacement caused by vibrations or static pressure.
• Compact Profile: The single-sided arrangement of six 75mm outlets in a linear row maintains a minimum unit height (85 mm), which is critical for installation within suspended ceiling voids.
• Insulation Material: Insulated versions utilize synthetic rubber, which outperforms fibrous alternatives in terms of hygiene and moisture resistance.
