Curved Exterior Metal Window Sill (Flashing)

The curved (radius) exterior window sill (flashing) is a specialized architectural element designed to shed rainwater away from window openings on curved facades, bay windows, and circular walls. The product prevents wall materials from getting wet while seamlessly matching the curvature of the building structure.

This type of product is entirely custom-made and manufactured exclusively according to the customer's drawings and templates. This ensures a perfect match between the flashing's radius and geometry and the specific characteristics of the facade.

Design Features:

• Custom Geometry: The radius of curvature, as well as the dimensions of all profile flanges (mounting flange A, slope width B, front face C), are calculated and manufactured strictly for the specific project.
• Continuous Length up to 3 Meters: Our technical equipment allows us to manufacture curved elements up to 3 m (3000 mm) long without additional joints along the arc.
• Drip Edge Profiling: To effectively shed water droplets and protect the facade from staining, the design includes a standard 10 mm bottom bend (drip edge).
• Material Variety: Products are manufactured from galvanized steel, stainless steel, and steel with protective polymer coatings (Polyester, PURal, PVC), ensuring high corrosion resistance.
• Quality Control: The complex radius bending process is certified and complies with European standards (Factory Production Control Certificate No. 1805/2011).
