Profiled Metal Roof Ridge Cap (Small Profile)
The profiled roof ridge cap is a complex geometric flashing element designed to protect the upper intersection of roof slopes and hips from precipitation. The U-shaped central section of the profile ensures unobstructed air exhaust from the ventilation gap, promoting proper air circulation in the under-roof space.
This modification features reduced cross-sectional dimensions. The small profile is optimal for use on small-area roofs, outbuildings, canopies, and gazebos, where standard or oversized elements would disrupt the visual proportions of the structure.
Design Features:
- Compact Geometry: The reduced dimensions of the base flanges (A, B, C) are specifically designed to suit small architectural forms.
- Ventilation Channel: The profiled protrusion in the center of the part increases longitudinal rigidity and creates the necessary gap for air exhaust.
- Safe Edges: The lower edges of the sloped flanges are equipped with standard 10 mm hems (drip edges), which prevent metal deformation and reduce the risk of injury during installation.
- Material Variety: Products are manufactured from galvanized steel, stainless steel, and sheet metal with protective polymer coatings (Polyester, PURal, PVC).
- Quality Control: The bending production cycle complies with European standards (Factory Production Control Certificate No. 1805/2011).
