Exterior Metal Window Sill (Flashing)

The exterior sheet metal window sill (flashing) is designed to effectively shed rainwater away from the window structure and side reveals. This product prevents moisture from reaching the building's facade, protecting the wall materials from premature deterioration.

Manufactured at the SIA Akvilon technological facility. In addition to standard profiles, we offer custom sill fabrication based on the customer's individual drawings to meet specific project requirements.

Design Features:

• Versatile Geometry: Capable of producing continuous elements up to 3 meters in length with custom width and bending angle parameters.
• Material Variety: Manufactured from galvanized steel, stainless steel, and steel with protective polymer coatings (Polyester, PURal, PVC).
• Precision Profiling: The profile includes a mounting flange (A), a main shedding slope (B), a front face (C), and a 10 mm bottom drip edge to ensure proper water runoff.
• Quality Control: The production cycle complies with European standards (Factory Production Control Certificate No. 1805/2011).
