Profiled Metal Cover Trim

The profiled cover trim is a three-dimensional facade flashing element designed for sealing and decoratively finishing the joints of sandwich panels, corrugated sheets, and facade cassettes. The product reliably covers installation seams, protecting the insulation from wind erosion, direct precipitation, and UV radiation.

Unlike simple flat cover trims, the profiled trim features a pronounced 3D relief. This not only gives the building's facade a strict industrial or architectural rhythm but also serves a crucial technical function — it accommodates thermal expansion and conceals protruding elements of the installation seam.

Design Features:

• Raised Profile (Flange A): The protruding central section creates a technological clearance over the joint, which allows for the easy concealment of fastener heads, sealing tapes, or protruding expanding foam.
• Maximum Longitudinal Rigidity: The system of stepped transitions (20 mm angled and horizontal flanges) acts as robust stiffening ribs. Thanks to them, the profile does not deform, does not vibrate in the wind, and maintains perfect geometry even at large widths.
• Safe Edge Fit: The mounting edges of the trim are equipped with concealed hemming (10 mm folds). The smooth, rounded edge does not scratch the polymer coating of the sandwich panels during installation and thermal expansion, and it also protects the installers' hands.
• Seamless Integration: Manufacturing from galvanized steel with polymer coatings (Polyester, PURal, PVC) allows the trim color to perfectly match the factory color of the sandwich panels (according to the RAL color chart), making the facade look monolithic.
