SPNP Chimney Bird Guard for Pellet Stoves and Boilers
Product Description
The SPNP Chimney Bird Guard is the final component installed over the plain end (spigot) of the last vertical flue pipe. Its primary function is to physically protect the flue channel from the entry of birds, leaves, and other large debris, preventing potential blockages. The entire component is manufactured from acid-resistant 1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless steel for maximum durability.
Key Features
- Effective Bird and Debris Guard: The robust mesh design reliably protects the flue channel from the entry of birds, nests, and large debris, ensuring an unobstructed flue path.
- High Corrosion Resistance: Manufactured from 1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless steel, which offers superior resistance to acidic condensate and harsh weather conditions.
- External (Socket) Connection: This component has a socket and fits over the plain end (spigot) of a pipe. This allows for a secure, sealed connection using the included silicone gasket.
- European Quality and Safety: The product is certified, confirming its full compliance with the European standard for flue systems EN 1856-2.
