SPNP Condensate Outlet Cap for Pellet Stove & Boiler Flues
Product Description
The SPNP Condensate Outlet Cap is a specialised component made from black carbon steel, installed on the bottom spigot of a 90° tee to ensure effective condensate drainage. During the operation of high-efficiency pellet boilers, acidic condensate is formed. This component collects and removes it via a dedicated condensate drain, preventing moisture buildup and protecting the chimney from corrosion, thereby ensuring long service life.
Key Features
- Effective System Drainage: Equipped with a dedicated drain spout for the controlled removal of liquid from the flue, protecting the steel components from corrosion.
- Access for Inspection: The entire component is removable, allowing for full inspection and cleaning of the vertical chimney base when necessary.
- Pressure-Tight Connection (Class P1): The socket connection to the tee is equipped with a silicone gasket to ensure the complete pressure-tight integrity of the system.
- European Quality and Safety: The product is certified and CE marked, confirming its full compliance with the European standard for flue systems EN 1856-2.

Important Limitations
- For Pellet Appliances Only: Do not use with wood-burning stoves, open fireplaces, or other solid fuel boilers where flue gas temperatures exceed 200°C and there is a risk of soot fire.
- Connection Required: A heat-resistant tube must be connected to the condensate drain to channel the liquid into a suitable acid-resistant container.
