The 45° Tee Piece is a component of the IZOKOMPAKT chimney system designed for a smoother connection of a heating appliance to the vertical chimney stack. The main advantage of a 45° connection is the creation of better draft due to lower aerodynamic resistance. The gentler angle (135° for the gas flow) ensures more effective smoke extraction and reduces soot buildup at the connection point.

• Requires Support: The tee piece is a load-bearing component and must be installed on a solid foundation, such as a mounting start platform or a wall bracket (fixed or adjustable).
• Mandatory Components: The bottom outlet of the tee must be closed with a special assembly for inspection and condensate collection. Most often, this is a combination of a standard inspection tee and a condensate drain.
• Alternative Solution: For a standard right-angle connection, the 90° tee piece with adapter is used.
