Product Description

The facade ventilation grille (louvered) is the finishing element of supply and exhaust ventilation systems. It is installed on the outlets of round or rectangular air ducts on the exterior of the building. The main task of the grille is to protect the ventilation shaft from precipitation (rain, snow), birds, rodents, and large debris, without hindering the free passage of air.

The design features rigidly fixed blades (louvers) at a 45-degree angle, creating a reliable barrier against water. By default, the product is equipped with a galvanized protective mesh with a 13x13 mm cell size.

Materials and execution:

• Galvanized steel: grade DX51+Z275.
• Coated steel: PE, PUR, PUR-MATT, PVC.
• Stainless steel: AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 430.
• Aluminum: available as an option.
• Coating: Powder painting in the selected color.
• Metal thickness: 0.5 – 1.0 mm.
• Connection types: Insert into duct, surface mounted on facade, flange connection (20, 30, 40 mm).
• Certification: CE, EN 1505:2000.

Geometry:

• Installation tolerance (W-5/H-5): The actual seating size of the grille is made 5 mm smaller than the nominal opening size. This ensures easy installation of the product into the duct.
• Insertion depth: 60 mm.
• Frame width (flange): 40 mm (reliably covers the joint with the facade).
• Blade pitch: 50 mm.

Application and Installation Recommendations

• Purpose: Intake of fresh air and Exhaust of stale air.
• Adjustment: This model does not have air flow adjustment (blades are fixed). If adjustment is required, installing an additional rectangular damper behind the grille is recommended.
• Additional options: Upon request, installation of a mosquito net (for protection against insects) and preparation of mounting holes in the frame is possible, for which appropriate mounting elements may be needed.
