Important: unlike standard round systems, all rectangular air ducts and fittings are manufactured exclusively to order for a specific project. This ensures maximum compliance with project documentation, optimizes logistics, and minimizes on-site waste.

Materials and Thickness
The metal thickness is selected according to EN 1507 and SMACNA standards and depends on the maximum side length of the duct and the operating pressure. Below are general recommendations for standard ventilation systems.

Note: The specified thicknesses are general recommendations. For ducts with an aspect ratio greater than 2:1, high-pressure systems (over 1000 Pa), or special operating conditions, an individual calculation of thickness and additional reinforcement is required.
Materials:
- Galvanized Steel (DX51D+Z275): The primary material for general ventilation.
- Stainless Steel (AISI 304L, 316L): Used for facilities with high hygiene requirements or in corrosive environments.
For design-specific requirements, powder coating in any color from the RAL catalog is available.
Connections and Airtightness
We use several types of flanges, which are made from thicker steel (usually 1.0-1.5 mm) than the duct itself:
- Integrated Flanges (TDF/TDC): The modern standard, ensuring fast installation.
- Slide-on Flange and Corner System: A classic and reliable assembly method.
- Steel angle iron flanges: Used for high-pressure systems and large-section ducts.
All our products can be manufactured to meet airtightness classes B, C, and D according to the EN 1507 standard. To achieve high airtightness classes, a comprehensive approach is used:
- Silicone or EPDM gaskets in flange connections;
- Special sealant for additional joint sealing;
- Quality control of the assembly at every stage.
Manufactured Components
We custom-manufacture a full range of straight sections (standard length 1250 mm) and fittings:
- Bends (90°, 45°), transitions, offsets;
- Tees, crosses, tap-ins;
- End caps, dampers, and other components.
