The PK series double-row distribution manifold with 6 outlets is a critical component of mechanical ventilation systems. The primary feature of the double-row configuration is the compact, stacked arrangement of connectors on a single panel. This allows for significant space savings when routing 75mm flexible ducts in parallel from the main line.
The unit housing is constructed from high-quality galvanized steel, providing corrosion protection and structural rigidity for concealed installation. A key technological advantage of this series is the use of high-impact plastic connectors. The use of polymers reduces the overall weight of the unit, eliminates the risk of damaging the zinc coating during assembly, and significantly increases the speed of system installation.
To minimize heat loss and protect against condensation, an insulated modification (index I) is available. These models utilize an internal layer of thermal and acoustic insulation made of synthetic rubber. This material outperforms fibrous alternatives in hygiene, as it is non-dusting and prevents the growth of microorganisms within the ventilation channel.
