Ventilation Distribution Manifold with 18 Outlets, Left-Sided (75/200 mm)

The distribution manifold (two-section composite design) is designed for centralized air flow distribution in main mechanical ventilation systems. Two sections are integrated into a single unit with one common asymmetrical connection with a diameter of 200 mm. In the left-sided version (LTP), the base module with the main inlet is located on the right, and the additional distribution section extends to the left. This configuration allows dividing the supply or exhaust air into eighteen independent channels with low aerodynamic losses.

The manifold is made of durable polyethylene. The low-profile shape of the element (130 mm height) makes it suitable for concealed installation in floor screed, monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, or behind suspended ceilings.

Application and installation features:

• Asymmetrical housing geometry: The left-sided expansion of the manifold (relative to the entry point) allows optimizing pipe routing in tight engineering niches and bypassing building structural obstacles when planning the route.
• Centralization of the system: A single distribution point for 18 lines eliminates the need for additional main tees, which simplifies system balancing and reduces the risk of leaks at intermediate connections.
• Airflow optimization: The increased internal volume of the composite housing helps reduce the flow velocity before entering the 75 mm ducts.
• Scalability: Connecting 18 ducts allows serving various areas by combining flows for rooms or distributing them evenly across multiple separate rooms.
• Application: It is used in supply and exhaust ventilation systems (including those with heat recovery) for residential buildings and commercial facilities.
