Galvanized Steel (ZN)

A classic, time-tested, and cost-effective solution. It is a steel sheet with a thin but strong zinc coating that protects the metal from corrosion.

• Service Life: Up to 25 years.
• Protection Mechanism: Active protection. Zinc (Zn) is a less noble metal than iron (Fe). If the coating is damaged or at a cut edge, the zinc oxidizes first, protecting the steel base from rust.
• Zinc Class: We supply sheets with a high zinc class (Z275 or higher), which ensures the stated service life.
• Application: Ideal for gutter systems, flashings, parapets, ventilation ducts, and any elements where strength and functionality are more important than color.

Polymer Coated Steel

Standard Class: Polyester (PE)

The most popular and versatile solution, combining affordable price with excellent appearance. It is a galvanized steel sheet with a finish layer of glossy polyester paint.

• Service life: Up to 10 years.
• Protection mechanism: Double barrier. The paint layer (25 µm) protects the zinc from direct contact with precipitation, while the zinc layer (ZN) underneath provides electrochemical protection for the steel at cut edges and scratches.
• Features: Smooth glossy surface, widest range of colors (RAL/RR), good resistance to temperature fluctuations.
• Application: Roofing for residential and commercial buildings, facades, fences, eaves lining, gutter systems.

Premium Class: Granite Ultramat (ArcelorMittal)

A high-tech coating from the European leader ArcelorMittal. Distinguished by a unique matte texture ("ceramic-like") and an improved formula resistant to mechanical damage.

• Service life: Up to 20 years (against perforation) and 15 years (for aesthetics).
• Protection mechanism: Reinforced barrier. Increased polymer thickness (35 µm) and a dense zinc layer (usually Z225-Z275) ensure high resistance to aggressive environments (RC4) and UV radiation (RUV4).
• Features: Structural matte surface (low gloss < 5 GU), enhanced scratch resistance, retains flexibility during installation down to -15°C.
• Application: Premium roofing, natural tile imitation, objects in zones with high solar activity or humidity.

Premium Class: Pural / Pural Matt (SSAB)

The benchmark for durability based on polyurethane modified with polyamide. Developed specifically for the harsh Scandinavian climate and extreme operational loads.

• Service life: Up to 50 years (confirmed operational experience).
• Protection mechanism: Maximum armor. The thickest coating in its class (50 µm) combined with maximum galvanization (Z275) makes the metal virtually invulnerable to atmosphere and chemicals.
• Features: Extreme resistance to mechanical wear (ice, snow), excellent plasticity even at low temperatures, resistance to fading.
• Application: Standing seam roofing (double standing seam), gutter systems, industrial objects in coastal zones, regions with sharp temperature fluctuations.
