Rectangular Roof Access Hatch (Standard and Premium)
The rectangular roof access hatch is designed to provide secure rooftop access for maintenance personnel. The product ensures convenient access for servicing engineering systems and performing repair work.
To accommodate various project requirements, the hatch is manufactured in two modifications. Both variants are engineered to protect the roof opening from precipitation and ensure efficient water drainage from the surface.
Design Features:
- Standard Execution: The base of the hatch is integrated into a metal plate with radius (rounded) corners. This configuration minimizes sharp joints and ensures reliable watertightness in the corner zones.
- Premium Execution: The flashing structure utilizes radius standing seams, which increases the overall rigidity and protection of the assembly against leaks.
- Insulation Option: For the premium execution, integrating a thermal insulation layer into the hatch cover is available to reduce heat loss through the roof opening.
