Roof hatch for standing seam roof

The roof hatch is specifically designed for integration into metal roof coverings installed using the standing seam method. The product provides safe access to the roof surface for technical personnel to maintain engineering systems, and can also be used as an additional emergency exit.

All connecting seams of the body are mechanically folded, which prevents the joints from separating during natural thermal expansions of the metal. The streamlined oval geometry of the product effectively divides the oncoming water flows on the slope, preventing moisture accumulation at the upper edge of the structure and reducing hydrostatic pressure on the waterproofing seams.

Design features:

• Deformation protection: The internal frame of the base is reinforced with a steel strip. The hatch edge is resistant to mechanical loads and supports the weight of a person entering and exiting the roof without residual sagging.
• Sturdy handle: The opening handle is made of 4 mm thick metal strip, providing the necessary rigidity, including when opening a frozen cover during the winter period.
• Standing seam connection: The integration design is adapted for seaming directly into the plane of the roofing panels, ensuring the integrity of the metal roof covering.
