SPNP Double Socket Connector for Flue Pipes
Product Description
The SPNP Double Socket Connector is a special repair and installation component made from black carbon steel. It allows for a pressure-tight connection between two pipes with plain ends (spigots). Its primary function is to provide a secure joint for two non-standard pipe lengths, such as those custom-cut on-site. The coupler has two sockets, each fitted with a silicone gasket to guarantee a complete, Class P1 seal for the created joint.
Key Features
- Joins Plain Pipe Ends: The coupler is designed to join two plain (spigot) pipe ends. This allows, for example, the use of off-cuts remaining after installation, or connecting other system components that do not have a socket.
- Dual Pressure-Tight Seal (Class P1): Both sockets are fitted with silicone gaskets, providing a completely sealed Class P1 connection on both sides.
- Durable Senotherm Coating: The component is coated with a black matte heat-resistant paint that withstands operating temperatures up to 200°C and matches the finish of most European boilers.
- European Quality and Safety: The product is certified and CE marked, confirming its full compliance with the European standard for flue systems EN 1856-2.

Important Limitations
- For Pellet Appliances Only: Do not use with wood-burning stoves, open fireplaces, or other solid fuel boilers where flue gas temperatures exceed 200°C and there is a risk of soot fire.
- Cut Quality Advisory: When joining cut pipes, ensure the cut is clean and free of burrs to avoid damaging the coupler's silicone gasket.
