Round Wall & Ceiling Plate for Chimneys (Finishing Plate)
Product Description
The round decorative plate (also known as a rosette) is a component of the IZOKOMPAKT three-layer chimney system, designed for the aesthetic finishing of the penetration point where a pipe passes through a wall or ceiling. It conceals the installation gap and the components of the firestop enclosure, creating a neat and finished look for the pass-through assembly. The standard version is a single piece, while a two-part (split) version is available on request.
Key Features
- Aesthetic and Finished Look: The main function of the plate is to hide the construction opening in a wall or ceiling, providing a clean and harmonious junction for the twin-wall chimney to the surface.
- One-Piece or Two-Part Construction: The standard plate is a single solid piece and must be slid over the pipe during the chimney installation. Two-part (split) models, which can be installed after the entire system is assembled, are available on request.
- Options for Sloped Ceilings: For mansard and other sloped ceilings, special plates with an oval cutout matching your exact angle are custom-made to order.
- Full System Compatibility: It is made from the same materials and in the same colours as the outer casing of the insulated chimney, ensuring a perfect visual match.

Important Installation Notes
- Installation Nuance: The standard one-piece plate must be slid onto the pipe before that chimney section is finally installed. For installation on an already assembled chimney, please order the two-part (split) version.
- Not a Load-Bearing Component: The decorative plate is not designed to support the weight of the chimney. The chimney must be securely fastened using wall brackets or support platforms.
- Fire Safety Requirements: The plate is only a finishing trim. The penetration itself through a wall or ceiling made of combustible materials must be constructed using a special firestop enclosure and non-combustible insulation materials.
