Rectangular External Grille
Product Description
The external ventilation grille is the finishing element of the system, installed on the building facade. It is designed for fresh air intake or exhaust air discharge, simultaneously decorating the ventilation opening.
The construction is equipped with fixed horizontal louvers (blades). They are installed at a 30° angle, which ensures an optimal balance between precipitation protection and low aerodynamic resistance.
Key Features and Materials
- Protection and Functionality: Inclined louvers (50 mm pitch) act as a water deflector, blocking direct rain and snow, and preventing large foreign objects from entering the shaft.
- Design: The grille has a rigid surface-mounted frame. The outer dimension of the item is 80 mm larger than the installation size (frame width is 40 mm per side), which allows for neatly covering irregularities of the mounting opening on the facade.
- Aesthetics: We offer wide decoration possibilities. Besides standard galvanized steel, manufacturing from polymer-coated metal (PE, PUR, PVC) or powder coating in any color from the RAL and RR catalogs is available.

Installation Recommendations
- Flow regulation: The grille is non-adjustable. To adjust the air volume, it is recommended to install a volume control damper inside the room.
- Mounting: The frame is attached to the facade with self-tapping screws through the face panel or into the opening side. Be sure to seal the joint between the frame and the wall with sealant to prevent rainwater from flowing under the grille and damaging the facade.
