The inspection hatch (IPR) is a sealed access door designed specifically for round ducts. It provides quick access to the interior of the channel for cleaning, disinfection, and technical inspection of the system.

The main feature of the design is the semi-circular (curved) frame profile. Thanks to the factory curvature, the hatch "hugs" the pipe, ensuring uniform gasket compression and the highest class of air tightness.

• Air Tightness: The hatch is equipped with an elastic gasket along the entire perimeter, ensuring a tight and hermetic fit to the duct.
• Easy Installation: Easily installed on the duct and secured with two rotary knobs, providing quick access without the use of tools.
• Material: The casing and cover are made of galvanized steel (DX51+Z275).
• Made to Order: Custom manufacturing of hatches according to customer requirements (stainless steel, aluminium) is available.

Technical Specifications and Dimensions

To install the hatch, a rectangular or oval hole must be cut in the duct. Hole dimensions and weights for standard products are listed below.

Large diameter hatches (560–1250 mm) are manufactured to order.

Materials and Standards:

• Material: Galvanized steel DX51+Z275.
• Steel Thickness: 0.5–0.9 mm.
• Compliance: EN 1506:2007, PN-EN 12097.

Installation

• Preparation: Use the included adhesive template to cut the hole precisely.
• Mounting: Insert the inner cover into the hole, align the hatch, and tighten the red knobs until the gasket is compressed tightly.
• Selection: When ordering, be sure to select a hatch strictly for your pipe diameter, as the frame curvature radius is fixed.
