Downpipe Bracket (with Screw and Wall Plug)
The downpipe bracket (or pipe clip) is the primary fastening component of the rainwater drainage system's vertical stack. This part is designed to securely fasten the downpipe to the load-bearing wall of a building, ensuring it is held in a strictly vertical position and preventing displacement caused by wind loads, vibrations, or the weight of the drained water.
Structurally, the product consists of a metal ring made of two half-rings tightened together with screws, allowing it to firmly clamp around the pipe. A mounting screw pin is welded to the rear half-ring, which, combined with the included wall plug, ensures secure installation into brick, concrete, wood, or block facades. The bracket is available in galvanized steel, copper, and steel with a protective polymer coating (Pe or PUR).
Design Features:
- Secure Fixation: The split design of the clamping ring with screw connections allows the pipe to be rigidly secured, eliminating any play or slipping during operation.
- Ready for Installation: The inclusion of an integrated mounting screw and a wall plug simplifies the installation process and eliminates the need to source additional fasteners.
- Load Resistance: The metal body of the bracket (unlike plastic alternatives) possesses high mechanical strength and excellent resistance to temperature fluctuations, guaranteeing the durability of the fastening joint.
