Ornamental Rainwater Hopper

The ornamental rainwater hopper is a water-receiving component of the rainwater drainage system. This part is designed for the localized collection of rainwater and meltwater directly from roof slopes, roof valleys, or complex roof junctions, subsequently channeling it into the vertical downpipe.

Thanks to the increased volume of the hopper bowl, the element effectively manages intense flows of precipitation, preventing water from overflowing onto the building's facade. The product is manufactured from galvanized steel. For enhanced corrosion protection and visual coordination with the roofing material, an optional Polyester polymer coating is available.

Design Features:

• Flow Capacity: The expanded neck (ornamental shape) ensures the rapid and uninterrupted intake of large volumes of water, which is particularly important in areas subject to high hydrodynamic loads.
• Adapter Function: The hopper's design allows for a secure connection between a receiving section of one diameter and a downpipe of a corresponding or smaller cross-section (e.g., 125 mm collection, 100 mm discharge).
• Corrosion Protection: The application of the Polyester polymer coating (upon customer request) isolates the steel from constant exposure to moisture, significantly extending the component's service life.
