Exterior Metal Corner Flashing

The exterior corner flashing is a versatile protective and decorative L-shaped accessory. It is designed to cover outside corner joints on facades, roofs, parapets, and at the junctions of sandwich panels or corrugated sheets.

The primary engineering task of this element is the reliable protection of the corner seam from direct precipitation, wind infiltration, and mechanical damage. The installation of the outside corner flashing ensures the airtightness of the building's thermal envelope and forms a straight, geometrically precise joint line.

Design Features:

• Customizable Geometry: The base bending angle is 90 degrees; however, our production capacity allows for the fabrication of profiles with any custom angle to ensure a perfect fit for a specific architectural joint.
• Symmetrical or Asymmetrical Configuration: The width of the flanges (A and B) is calculated individually depending on the dimensions of the gap being covered and the project requirements.
• Safe Edge (Hemming): Both edges of the product are equipped with 10 mm internal hems. This technological feature conceals the sharp metal edge, protecting installers from injuries, and provides the long element with high longitudinal rigidity, preventing "oil canning" (waviness) deformation.
• Durable Materials: Manufactured from high-quality galvanized steel, stainless steel, and sheet metal with polymer coatings (Polyester, PURal, PVC), guaranteeing resistance to corrosion and fading.
