Metal Eaves Flashing (Drip Edge)

The eaves flashing (drip edge) is an essential roofing accessory designed to protect the eaves and the under-roof space from moisture exposure. The product ensures the effective collection and direction of condensation, as well as meltwater and rainwater, directly into the gutter system, preventing the rot of wooden structures and the wetting of the building's facade.

The geometry of the element is developed taking into account the structural features of the roof. In addition to standard solutions, custom fabrication of drip edges based on individual drawings is available, allowing flange dimensions and bending angles to be precisely adapted for a specific project.

Design Features:

• Eaves Protection: The design of the element prevents water drops from reaching the fascia board and rafter tails, directing the flow straight into the rain gutter.
• Optimal Moisture Drainage: The 10 mm bottom hem (drip edge) provides a clear water drip break, preventing water from creeping back under the roofing material due to capillary action.
• Profile Versatility: The ability to modify flange parameters (A, B, C) allows the element to be used on roofs with various pitch angles and covering types.
• Corrosion Resistance: Products are manufactured from galvanized steel, stainless steel, and polymer-coated steel (Polyester, PURal, PVC), guaranteeing a long service life under conditions of constant moisture contact.
• Length up to 3 Meters: The production of continuous elements up to 3000 mm long minimizes the number of joints, increasing system reliability.
