Angular Metal Snow Guard Flashing
The angular snow guard flashing is a roof accessory designed to divide snow masses and prevent avalanching from the roof slopes. Installing this product ensures the safety of pedestrian zones and protects gutter systems, facade elements, and parked vehicles from damage caused by falling snow and ice.
Snow guard flashings are fabricated to specific project requirements, allowing the height of the supporting face and the width of the mounting flanges to be adapted to the type of roofing material and the expected regional snow load.
Design Features:
- Angular Profile: The triangular shape (flanges B and C) creates an effective barrier to retain the snowpack, promoting its gradual melting.
- Reinforced Mounting Flanges: The presence of 10 mm bottom hems on flanges A and D increases the longitudinal rigidity of the flashing and prevents the sharp metal edge from contacting the decorative roofing layer.
- Continuous Length up to 3 Meters: The ability to manufacture elements up to 3000 mm long minimizes the number of overlaps, simplifying installation and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the roofline.
- Materials and Coatings: Products are manufactured from galvanized steel, stainless steel, and sheet metal with protective polymer coatings (Polyester, PURal, PVC) that possess high UV resistance.
- Production Control: The entire bending cycle is certified according to European standards (Factory Production Control Certificate No. 1805/2011).
