SPNP 90° Black Steel Elbow for Pellet Stove & Boiler Flue Systems
Product Description
The SPNP 90° Elbow is a black carbon steel flue component designed to create a sharp 90-degree bend in the flue run. It is used to navigate around structural obstacles (e.g., beams, walls) or to create the connection from a pellet appliance to the main vertical chimney stack. Like all SPNP components, it features a socket with a pre-installed silicone gasket to ensure a complete, pressure-tight (Class P1) seal. Suitable for pellet stoves, pellet boilers, and other low-temperature, fan-assisted heating appliances.
Key Features
- 90-Degree Change of Direction: Allows the flue pipe path to be altered by 90 degrees to bypass obstacles or to create a horizontal connection from the appliance.
- Pressure-Tight Seal for Modern Heating Systems (Class P1): Our chimney system is designed specifically for fan-assisted and forced draught boilers. The socket connection with a pre-installed silicone gasket is essential for these power-vented appliances, where flue gases are expelled under positive pressure.
- Durable Senotherm Coating: The component is coated with a black matte heat-resistant paint that withstands operating temperatures up to 200°C and matches the finish of most European boilers.
- European Quality and Safety: The product is certified and CE marked, confirming its full compliance with the European standard for flue systems EN 1856-2. This is your guarantee of safety and compatibility with modern pellet appliances.
