Universal Floor Support for Chimneys (Support Stand)
Product Description
The Floor Support (or "support stand") is a universal load-bearing structure that serves as the foundation for installing a vertical stack of a chimney or ventilation system. It is used in cases where the system is mounted on the floor or another solid horizontal base, especially at a significant distance from load-bearing walls where the use of wall brackets is not possible.
Key Features
- Universal Application: The structure is suitable for supporting various types of vertical stacks: insulated twin-wall chimneys, single-wall flue pipes, industrial chimneys, or ventilation systems.
- Install Anywhere: Allows for the installation of a chimney or ventilation duct anywhere in a room, provided there is a solid base, which provides complete design freedom.
- High Load-Bearing Capacity: The robust, fully welded frame made from profile tube (certified to EN-1090-2) is designed to withstand a significant vertical load from tall and heavy structures.
- Ideal Base for Twin-Wall Chimneys: It is especially well-suited for starting an insulated system. It is recommended to install a mounting start platform on the support, which evenly distributes the load.
- Custom Manufacturing: The support is made to the height required by the customer, ensuring a perfect fit for any project.
