Silicone roof flashing Master Flash, also known as a roof boot or pipe seal, is a universal elastic solution for quick and reliable waterproofing of double-wall chimney penetrations through the roof. The design consists of a flexible silicone cone and a pliable aluminum base-flange. Due to the plasticity of the materials, Master Flash easily takes the shape of almost any roofing material, ensuring a complete seal.

Application and Important Restrictions

• Temperature Limit: The maximum continuous operating temperature for silicone is +185°C. This element is designed for use only with insulated (sandwich) chimneys. Installation on single-wall pipes is strictly prohibited.
• Reliable Sealing: For a durable and leak-proof installation, high-quality roof sealant must be used along the entire perimeter of the aluminum base.
• Alternative Solution: For roofs requiring a more rigid construction or where precise color matching to RAL is important, a metal roof flashing is used.
