Series Description
MMotors JSC VOK series fans are designed for installation in circular air ducts with diameters of 100, 110, 120, 135 and 150 mm. The devices are used in ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems to ensure stable air circulation.
The standard version (VOK) is designed to operate in systems with a maximum airflow temperature of up to +60 °C.
Installation Restrictions and Recommendations
- Installation and maintenance: The installation and maintenance of the fan must be carried out by a qualified specialist in accordance with the wiring diagram.
- Temperature range: The maximum temperature of the air entering the fan must not exceed +60 °C.
- Prohibition of use in chimneys: The manufacturer does not recommend installing fans in chimney ducts due to the inability to control the temperature. Violation of this instruction leads to equipment failure.
Design Features
- Reliable motor: The fans are equipped with double-encapsulated NSK (Japan) ball bearings, providing 30,000 hours of continuous operation in horizontal or vertical mounting positions.
- Protection against moisture and dust: Trickle Impregnation technology protects the motor winding, ensuring stable insulation characteristics and longevity.
- Materials: The housing, turbine and back shutter are manufactured from aluminium alloy or glass-filled polyamide, providing efficient cooling and enhanced fire safety.
Available Accessories
- Back Shutter: Closes automatically when the fan is switched off, preventing reverse airflow and cold air ingress.
- Thermostat: Provides automatic start and stop of the fan based on a set air temperature. Used in heating systems for temperature-controlled operation.
