Rectangular Downpipe (1.0 m)
This rectangular downpipe is a primary component of the vertical run in a rainwater drainage system. The element is designed for the controlled drainage of rainwater and meltwater from the gutter outlet to the surface drainage system, providing reliable protection for the building facade and foundation against moisture damage.
The product is manufactured from galvanised steel, which provides structural rigidity and resistance to deformation. For enhanced protection against weather exposure and colour matching with the building facade, Polyester and PURAL polymer coatings are available.
Design Features:
- Installation Flexibility: The one-metre (1.0 m) section facilitates height adjustment of vertical runs and reduces the need for on-site cutting during installation.
- Connection Reliability: Precise profile geometry ensures a tight-fitting telescopic connection with offsets and adjoining downpipe sections, reducing the risk of leaks.
- Weather and Corrosion Resistance: Polymer coatings protect the base material from moisture, UV radiation, and environmental exposure, improving corrosion resistance and helping to maintain colour stability over time.
