Round system

Gutter internal corner (compressed)

manufacturer: notekas | Kods: NOTAZUIP

Pressed Internal Gutter Angle

The pressed internal gutter angle is a specialized fitting of the rainwater drainage system designed to connect two gutter sections at the internal (concave) corners of a building. This component ensures the collection and directed drainage of rainwater and meltwater at the intersections of roof slopes, commonly known as roof valleys.

The primary difference between the internal and external angle lies in its geometry: the open receiving section of the gutter faces the inside of the corner. This design allows it to efficiently intercept converging water flows from adjacent roof slopes. The seamless (pressed) manufacturing technology minimizes the risk of leaks in this high-load junction. The product is available in galvanized steel, copper, and steel with a protective polymer coating (Polyester or PUR).

Design Features:

  • Hydrodynamics: The design of the internal angle is engineered to accommodate the increased volume of precipitation typical for internal roof valleys, significantly reducing the risk of water overflowing the system's edge.
  • Watertight Integrity: The absence of connecting seams, achieved through pressed forming, prevents the accumulation of fine debris and reduces the likelihood of corrosion development.
  • Architectural Adaptability: The standard model features a 90-degree angle. For buildings with complex roof geometries, elements with custom angles can be manufactured upon request.

Technical Specifications:

  • Material Options: Galvanized steel (Zn), polymer-coated steel (Pe/PUR), copper (Cu)
  • Connection Angle: 90° (custom angles available upon request)
  • Gutter Compatibility (Diameter): 100 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm
  • Lead Time: Galvanized steel (Zn) elements are available in stock; custom polymer coating takes 5 to 7 business days
  • Certification: CE Compliant
