Pressed External Gutter Angle
The pressed external gutter angle is a specialized fitting within the rainwater drainage system. This component is designed for the watertight connection of two straight gutter sections at the external corners of a building, ensuring the continuous and directed flow of rainwater and meltwater.
The seamless (pressed) manufacturing technology eliminates vulnerable connecting seams, thereby reducing the risk of leaks and improving the flow capacity of the joint. The product is available in several material options: copper, galvanized steel, and galvanized steel with a double-sided polymer coating (Polyester or PUR) to enhance its anti-corrosion properties.
Design Features:
- Watertight Integrity: The absence of folded and welded seams, thanks to the pressed design, prevents the accumulation of fine debris and minimizes the likelihood of water pooling in the corner joints.
- Architectural Adaptability: The standard design features a right angle (90 degrees). For buildings with complex roof geometries, custom-sized angles can be manufactured upon request.
- Project Optimization: A wide selection of materials (from standard galvanized steel to premium copper) allows for the selection of the optimal technical solution based on budget and durability requirements.
Technical Specifications:
- Material Options: Galvanized steel (Zn), polymer-coated steel (Pe/PUR), copper (Cu)
- Connection Angle: 90° (custom angles available upon request)
- Gutter Compatibility (Diameter): 100 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm (custom sizes available upon request)
- Lead Time: Galvanized steel (Zn) elements are available in stock; custom polymer coating takes 5 to 7 business days
- Certification: Factory Production Control Certificate No. 1805/2011
