SIA "Akvilon" offers the production of standard and custom grease filters for ventilation systems. A correctly chosen filter is a key element of an exhaust hood, ensuring effective air purification from grease, protecting ductwork and fans from combustible deposits, and extending the service life of the entire system.

Labyrinth Grease Filters

Fire-resistant labyrinth cassette filters are the professional standard for kitchen exhaust hoods. Their design forces the air stream to change direction multiple times, causing heavier grease particles to inertially settle on the metal plates and drain into a grease collector. We install these types of filters as standard in our AFS, AFC, and AFP series exhaust hoods.

Mesh Grease Filters

Mesh cassette filters consist of a frame filled with several layers of a special metal mesh. They also serve to clean the air of grease but are a simpler and more budget-friendly solution. We offer mesh filters as an alternative option for our exhaust hoods.

• Materials: The frame and mesh can be made of stainless steel (AISI 430) or galvanized steel.
• Metal Thickness: 0.5-0.6 mm.
• Standard Sizes (mm): 500x500, 500x300 (and any other size to order).
