Product Description
The AFP supply-and-exhaust hood is a practical and affordable integrated solution that not only effectively removes contaminated air (steam, grease, odors) but also simultaneously supplies fresh, make-up air to the work area. This model is ideal for facilities requiring a balanced microclimate, prevention of negative pressure, and improved working conditions.
The hood can be manufactured in both wall-mounted and island (central) configurations. The standard package includes a stainless steel body, labyrinth grease filters, and a welded condensate collection tray with a drain cock. AFP hoods are an optimal choice for modern kitchens in restaurants, cafes, and other public catering establishments.

- Manufacturing Precision: Sheet metal is cut using laser cutting machines, which ensures the precise geometry of all parts and their correct fit during assembly.
- Welded Construction: Unlike modular alternatives, the hood has a welded body. This design reduces the number of joints, which lowers the risk of grease and condensate leakage.
- Versatile Design: Depending on the equipment layout, the hood can be made in a wall-mounted version (with one row of filters) or an island V-shaped version (with two rows of filters).
- Optional Features: Upon request, the hood can be equipped with integrated LED lighting (IP65) and supplied with fans, ventilation system components, and protective stainless steel wall panels.

*Hoods with a width (B) of up to 1400 mm are standardly made with one row of labyrinth filters (wall-mounted type), unless otherwise specified in the technical assignment. Hoods with a width of 1400 mm and more are made with two rows of labyrinth filters (island type).
Application and Scope of Delivery
- Application: For facilities where an organized supply of fresh air directly into the work area is required to compensate for the exhaust. Can be installed both against a wall and in the center of the room.
- Standard Scope of Delivery: Hood body, stainless steel labyrinth filters, drain cock, supply air plenum.
- Additionally: The hood can be ordered with ventilation system components (for exhaust and supply), fans, fasteners, and protective wall panels.
