Product Description
The AFC island (central) exhaust hood is a practical and affordable solution designed for ceiling mounting above equipment grouped in the center of a room (a "kitchen island"). This model is particularly effective over high-power cooking appliances, as its V-shaped design with two rows of filters captures contaminated air (steam, grease, odors) from all sides.
The standard package includes a stainless steel body, two rows of reusable labyrinth grease filters, and a welded condensate collection tray with a drain cock. AFC hoods are an optimal choice for large professional kitchens in restaurants, cafes, and other public catering establishments.

- Optional Features: Upon request, the hood can be equipped with integrated LED lighting (IP65) and supplied with a fan, ventilation system components, and protective stainless steel wall panels.
