Metal Frames (Mounting and Structural)

Metal frames are used as load-bearing bases for heavy engineering equipment (ventilation units, compressors), and also serve as the structural foundation for architectural and advertising constructions (large-format lightboxes, information pylons, enclosures). The rigid spatial welded structure ensures an even distribution of loads and preserves the geometry of the product.

The products are manufactured exclusively according to the customer's custom drawings. The design of the internal grid, the arrangement of braces, and the selection of the profile cross-section are carried out considering the specific application: from vibration resistance (for machinery) to wind loads (for outdoor stands).

Technical Features:

• Design Versatility: Manufacturing of frames of any complexity: with reinforced mounting pads for equipment vibration isolators, or with a dense internal profile grid for fastening sheet materials and screens.
• Structural Rigidity: The use of square tubing, channel bars, or angle iron in combination with diagonal reinforcements prevents torsional and bending deformation of the structure.
• Assembly Type: Production of fully welded (permanent) frameworks for maximum strength, or bolted (collapsible) structures for ease of transportation and assembly in confined spaces.
• Corrosion Protection: For outdoor installation, galvanization, priming, or powder coating according to the RAL color chart is used, which protects the metal from oxidation.
