Perforated mounting tape is a fastening element designed for securing metal air ducts to load-bearing structures (ceilings, walls, floors). The application of this product ensures the projected positioning of the ventilation channels and prevents their sagging under static loads.
Design and Operational Features
Material and Protection: Manufactured from galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.5–0.6 mm. The zinc coating protects the metal from corrosion, while the steel thickness prevents tensile deformation and tearing under high loads.
Vibration Isolation and Resistance: The tape compensates for dynamic (vibration) loads generated by fans and maintains its physical properties under temperature fluctuations.
Installation Optimization: Supplied in 25-meter rolls, allowing for the on-site cutting of fasteners to the required length, effectively utilizing material offcuts.
Fixation Method: The pre-punched perforation along the entire length of the strip eliminates the need for drilling metal and is fully adapted for use with standard threaded rods, anchors, or screws.
